<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
My consulting practice is the project. Unlike most of my cohort who are applying this framework inside an organization, I bring it in from the outside as a client-side partner. What I am most excited to put into practice is the diagnostic itself: a structured, repeatable way to walk into a client engagement, assess where they actually are with AI, ask the right questions of the right people, and tell them the truth before anyone spends a dollar.I already knew that AI projects fail because of people and process. Now I have the framework to prove it in the room, the language to speak to every stakeholder, and the gating model to keep projects honest from Day 1 through Day 90.What I did not expect was the clarity around what I do not yet know, and the confidence to say so.
