Looking at results month by month instead of in annual or quarterly aggregates often reveals inflection points, emerging risks, and momentum shifts that are invisible in higher-level summaries. It taught me that true insight often lives in the trend line, not the total.</p>

<p class="p2-tall">I’m most excited to put the modeling discipline and financial framing from this course into practice at an even deeper level. As a CPO, I already work closely with our CEO and CFO, but this course sharpened how I structure investment decisions, pressure-test assumptions, and communicate trade-offs in a way that builds alignment faster. I’m looking forward to applying these tools to upcoming roadmap prioritization, pricing work, and board-facing strategy discussions.</p>
