Build AI Evals from Scratch for Product Managers

Product leader with 10+ years experience

Why I enrolled

Building more AI features at work and needed to stop guessing whether the output was good. Figured it was time to learn evals properly.

What I’ll apply

The annotate-then-build-evals part, for sure. I want to stop vibe-checking the features we're building and actually run them through this — find the failure patterns, write the checks, watch the numbers move. Also the model-comparison side — running the same prompt across a few LLMs and looking at cost, accuracy and latency together instead of guessing which one to use.
