<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Ultimately I want to learn to be a better manager, which I hope will come through a combination of learning and also discussion with peers. I also feel that I need to get new perspectives on the role, so that I can bring more to the table.  Everyone has different experiences of being an Engineering Manager, so it'll be great to hear about some of these, perhaps finding common ground but also discovering new areas and new insights.<br></p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Implement some of the suggestions to bring my team closer together.. also spend more time working on areas of business impact, which I have felt for some time I needed to improve on.</p>
