<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">My goal for this course is to develop a structured, outcome-driven approach to defining and executing AI initiatives that align with my company’s business and priorities. I want to strengthen my ability to identify high-impact AI use cases, evaluate tools objectively, and ensure that AI efforts are tied to clear, measurable value rather than ad hoc experimentation.</p><p class="p2-tall">I aim to build the skills needed to contribute more strategically to AI-related discussions, including setting success metrics, managing risk and governance, and effectively communicating decisions to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p class="p2-tall">By the end of the course, my goal is to develop an executive-ready AI strategy and roadmap that can be applied to support my company’s AI-enabled initiatives, particularly in enhancing community strategy, improving scalability, and positioning Community as a key, AI-driven differentiator within the organization.</p>

<p class="p2-tall">I’m eager to apply is the idea of starting with small, practical AI wins that solve real workflow problems, then scaling gradually. The course helped shift my thinking from “AI-first” to “problem-first,” which I think is critical for long-term success.</p>
