<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">Develop systematic practices for AI-assisted development that work across our 5-person team (at very different starting points), with focus on: moving from prototypes to production, avoiding failure modes we've already hit, and building guardrails that don't depend on any particular tool.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I have a whole list of new things to try in the coming months.  I realize that the biggest bottleneck is planning.  I now have tools to improve planning, and from there I can triage and parrellelize tasks.  This will enable me to use remote agents or multi-agent orchestration to knock out the easier, more well defined tasks efficiently, and give me the time and mental bandwidth to grind on the tough problems.   A lot more to to chew on as well (continuous AI, creating skills, etc..).</p>
