<p class="p2-tall">I’d like to use this course to get better at working with AI in my design process. I want to learn how to ask the right questions, make the tools more useful for my projects, and also see how others are using AI in their own work. I hope to come out with ideas I can put into practice.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’m ready to implement three things: (1) more rigorous L1–L4 evaluations with effect isolation; (2) the Survey-Expert GPT for short, unbiased surveys; and (3) a Weekly Learning Pulse Agent that posts metrics and anomalies to Slack. I’ll start with my 360 scenarios in VIIA and use units-based ROI plus break-even thresholds to prioritize improvements.</p>
