<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
My goals are <ol class="list-decimal ml-8"><li>How to maintain reputation especially given some troublemakers that are trying to create conflict. </li><li>How do I create more trust with C-level and what kinds of things I need to do to be considered for a VP promotion</li></ol>



<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
I understood that I have to voice my desire for a promotion as a step 1. I have already forced my promotion conversation by being explicit and taking Ethan's feedback. I told my boss my career is imp to me and would like to understand where I stand in a 6 month time frame. I understood that all ELT need to approve a VP promotion I reached out to an executive sponsor who has agreed to mentor me and added me to his staff meetings to give me more of a platform I am going to read some of the books suggested and need to build executive presence. I have also decided to look for opportunities outside but want to fix my behavioral traits while I have the opportunity.
