<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’m currently working at an organization transitioning from startup to scaleup with a lean product and design team, which presents a real opportunity to apply what we’re covering. My goal is to use the knowledge and tools from this course to keep Q4 projects on track and contribute meaningfully to prioritization and planning for 2026. More broadly, having worked at several early-stage startups that didn’t succeed, I’m eager to strengthen my product thinking to make my contributions more impactful.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I’m most looking forward to applying Ryan’s Three Keys and Value/Cost/Risk frameworks to bring clarity and focus to project planning and prioritization. I’m also looking forward to continuing to hone my skills with metrics and data to help guide decisions and strengthen design credibility across the business.</p>
