I have various skill sets when it comes to bridging the technical and business mindeset and I would like to combine all the skill sets together to further my career as data manager who is able to leverage AI. At the end, I want to not only be able to drive the team, but also cross collaborate with other teams and C-execs and be on the C level one day myself. Thanks to Pier for this.



<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
I’m most excited to apply the stakeholder mapping from the first session — especially to understand the needs and create trust and relationship with differentstakeholders. I want to practice framing insights in a way that builds trust quickly and aligns stakeholders around decisions.I’m also looking forward to using the AI-change frameworks to guide my team more confidently through uncertainty. The idea of earning trust through consistent execution really resonated with me, and I’m motivated to embed those habits along with the delegation methods into how I lead, give direction, and manage expectations.Overall, I’m excited to step into a more “executive-ready” mindset — communicating with clarity, leading through AI-driven change, and becoming someone my team and stakeholders can trust at a deeper level.
