<h3>Why I enrolled</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">My company has a very AI motivated lens right now, and I need to get up to speed. AI typically hasn't been my thing, since I usually end up being more frustrated with it, but I want to grow and learn how to use it to help expedite my work.<br><br>My goal is to improve my efficiency without losing my own part in the research. A big part of that is understanding and learning how to interact with AI efficiently and effectively to get the results I'm looking for.  I'm starting really as an AI newbie.</p>

    <h3>A breakthrough moment</h3><p class="p2-tall">An "aha" moment for me was looking at just the AI insights. I'm not sure if it was the starting prompt or just the internal bias that was built, but I wasn't super impressed with its basic analysis for starting insights. I think it needed more direction from me AND it also needed to be called out. Once we were better aligned with how to interpret the transcripts, the output became much better.</p>

<h3>What I’ll apply</h3>
<p class="p2-tall">I'm going to continue to put these ideas into practice. I recently made an interview brief using AI and I'm regularly using it to check it's work. Be both less and more skeptical all at once.</p>
