Knowledge I'm hoping to gain:<ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li>The right questions to ask to discover relevant information for the ROI estimation (not always easy!)</li><li>How to pull the information together / put them in a framework for ROI estimation and demonstration</li></ul>Eventually, I want to sharpen my internal product pitch by demonstrating more direct links to business benefits (££).

I'll tell you more in December </li></ul>
