<p class="p2-tall">I'd like to learn and apply the decision-making frameworks in a few aspects of my personal and professional life including: </p><ul class="list-disc ml-8"><li><p class="p2-tall">High quality decisions on our long term bets and short term optimizations, as we enter our 1, 2 and 3 year planning cycles. </p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Do an audit of my goals and work calendar and assess whether I'm spending my time on the right things</p></li><li><p class="p2-tall">Get clarity on how my husband and I want our next decade of marriage to look like; and discuss some of the shared goals, plans, and financial decisions that can help make that possible. </p></li></ul>

<p class="p2-tall">I'm currently hiring open roles on my team. I've already put into use the 'nominal groups' as part of our evaluation. It paid off instantly in terms of the caliber of the candidates that we advanced to panel. </p>
