Few executives combine doctoral research in AI with full P&L accountability. Across successive GM roles spanning employment marketplaces, education, financial software and customer experience, I have built teams and capabilities from the ground up, taken products through their full lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through to delivery and commercial return, and led the work that made an organisation I ran the first in its sector to achieve an internationally recognised AI governance standard. That balance of a researcher's rigour and an operator's accountability shapes what I choose to build, and it is the standard I look for in the people I hire and develop.
