John Westworth helps people turn ideas into action.

I spent 26 years at Microsoft, working across consulting, customer success, research and leadership development. Most recently, I led the Microsoft Garage in Vancouver, helping people test ideas, build confidence and work through problems together.

My work includes coaching early-career engineers, designing hackathons and helping leadership teams agree what they own together. I start by listening, finding the real problem and giving people a way to work it out together.
