Former exec @ Webflow, SignalFire + more

You were promoted to management because you were a top performer. But management is a whole new ballgame: You leave 1:1s with more items on your to-do list than you came in with. Your team keeps coming to you for decisions you thought you delegated weeks ago. You're working nights and weekends while your reports wait on you to unblock them. That strategic work your VP keeps asking about? Buried under firefighting.
You know great managers multiply their team's impact. But when you try:
Everything feels like a priority all at once
Delegation turns into more work you have to redo yourself
Feedback conversations feel awkward or vague
You think the team trusts you, but you're never sure
And you can't find time to do the higher level strategy work needed to continue to develop yourself
Manager as Multiplier is a structured system that transforms what feels like a complicated role into something simple and highly achievable.
Learn a new capability each week, building upon prior week's learnings, until you have a strong interconnected management practice.
Gain research-backed frameworks and tools that make common management challenges easy to overcome.
Apply new skills right away - deepen your understanding of how to transform frameworks into action.
This program is cohort-based, which means you will gain a group of manager peers to learn from and grow with.
Each participant gets a designated manager buddy, someone you can connect with between sessions to grow beyond the classroom setting.
Learn directly from management expert, Dr. Heather Doshay. She's managed 75+ people over her 20 year career, and coached dozens of managers.
Save time on time-consuming tasks, leaving room to invest in higher level strategic activities.
Become your team's best manager through empowerment that balances performance with psychological safety.
Fast track your management capabilities, and capture the attention and respect of senior leadership, increasing odds of further promotion.

Weekly challenges
1 hr / week
We recommend integrating the frameworks + tools learned each week into practice. For most, this won't be additional time, rather incorporating new tools into regular rituals like team meetings or 1:1s. Each student will also be paired with a manager buddy, and we recommend setting at least bi-weekly check-ins for peer support throughout the course.
There's no one better to teach managers how to lead and manage than Heather! Her teaching style is clear, patient, and engaging, making it easy for people to learn and feel confident applying new skills. She has a deep well of knowledge to draw from and her expertise and skill set show up in each class.

The content in this course was instrumental in shaping me into the leader I am today from early in my career. If you’re looking to uplevel yourself or the leaders on your team, there is no better starting place than enrolling yourself in the Manager as Multiplier course.

Heather is a rare bridge builder; she connects research, industry, and the lived reality of leading people in a way that feels both deeply human and immediately relevant. You don’t just gain ideas from her, you walk away with a new lens for how to show up as a leader, from the big picture down to the moments that matter.
