You're not imagining it. The room wasn't built for you.

You've done the work and you've built the skills. You have raised your hand to take on more responsibilities, and probably spent too much time wondering whether you're doing enough, and also hoping for someone to recognize what you bring to the table.

Sound familiar?

As women, especially women of color and working mothers, we're often told to work hard, be patient, and let our accomplishments speak for themselves.

Here is what i have learned: sometimes your work needs a microphone. And sometimes, you need to be the one holding it.

You deserve to be heard, recognized, and given opportunities to lead.

And if there's no room at the table? Let's build our own damn table.

This space is for you if...

  • You are exploring a creer in product management, but aren't sure how to break in.

  • You are already in product and wondering how to grow into more leadership opportunities.

  • You're a woman who is tired of feeling like you have to prove yourself twice as much to be heard.

  • You're a working mom balancing big career ambitions with a tiny human who doesn't give a sh*t about your roadmap, newest AI skill, or meeting schedule

  • You have been doing great work, but struggle with advocating for promotions, compensation, or recognition

  • You want to use AI to become a more effective product leader without losing the human side of what leadership actually means.

You don't need to have it all figured it out. You just need to be ready to invest in yourself

What we'll work through together

Let's talk about whats actually holding you back.

Finding your path into product leadership

Whether you are trying to break into product management or move into a senior role, we will spend time talking about the skills, experiences, and relationships that will get you there.

Learning how to advocate for yourself

We will work on communicating your impact, having uncomfortable conversations, navigating your workplace dynamics, and learning how to ask for what you have earned.

Building influence without changing who you are

You don't have to be the loudest or even the smartest person in the room. We will talk about how to build credibility, earning trust, and becoming someone whose perspective carries weight.

Navigating AI in product management

AI is changing how we work. We'll explore ways to use it strategically, make better decisions, and stay relevant while strengthening the human skills that make great leaders.

Making room for motherhood and ambition

Let's talk about boundaries!!! So important to create room for flexibility, career choices, and building a version of success that works for your life and not limiting that success to your LinkedIn profile.

Tangible Outcomes

You will leave with more than a pep talk.

Depending on what you want to focus on, you'll walk away with:

  • A clearer picture of your next career move.

  • Practical language to communicate your value and advocate for yourself.

  • A strategy for increasing visibility and influence at work

  • Actionable and strategic ways to incorporate AI in your product leadership toolkit.

  • 2-3 concrete steps you can take immeditately.

About Unsa

Hi! I'm Unsa. Product Leader, working mom, and professional question-asker.

I'm a Director of Product Management with over a decade of experience working across healthcare technology, building products, leading teams, and navigating the ever changing landscape of AI.

I've worked on complex health platforms, collaborated with technical teams and business leaders, and learned how to translate complicated problems into products that actually help the people.

But what I care about just as much as building great products, is building great people.

As a woman of color and working mom, I understand what it feels like to navigate professional spaces while carrying responsibilities and identities that don't disappear when you open your laptop.

I've learned that you don't need to know everything to be a strong leader. You need curiosity, empathy, courage, and influence to bring people together.

And hey, I am STILL learning. And I think that's part of being a good leader, too.

I want more women to feed confident pursuing the careers they want without shrinking their personalities, ambitions, or other parts of themselves.

I don't want to be the only woman with the seat at the table.

I want to make sure I am not the last.

How our session works

One hour. Your career. Your questions.

This is NOT a scripted coaching session or another webinar telling you to believe in yourself.

It's a real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what might be getting in the way.

Before our session: You'll share a little about your career, your goals, and what you'd like help navigating.

During our session: We'll work through your biggest challenge, pressure-test ideas, and talk about practical strategies.

After our session: You'll have a clearer direction and actionable next steps tailored to your situation.

Come with questions, frustrations, career goals, or even a situation at work that's been living rent-free in your head.

We'll figure out where to go from there. I got you.
