Weekly engagement, renewable. Each week includes:
A 60-90 minute strategic session (private access)
Async access via email and your preferred messaging channel for time-sensitive decisions between sessions
Continuous evolution of your Career Architecture Stack as your situation shifts
Cancellable any time
The work is pure strategy and decision quality. We don't redo the foundational work from your Sprint - we build on it as your trajectory unfolds.
You renew quarter by quarter. There's no annual commitment, no auto-renewal. We continue if and only if the work is genuinely serving you.

This engagement is charged weekly and is cancellable anytime.

Combined Sprint + Counsel capacity is 10-12 concurrent clients.
