How it works
Single 90-120 minute session.
We start by updating your Career Architecture Stack together: what's changed in your situation, what's still load-bearing from the original strategy, and what needs reconsideration.
Then we recalibrate. We work through the new terrain, surface what's now in play that wasn't before, and adjust the strategic frame to match current reality.
You leave with an updated Career Architecture Stack and a clear sense of your trajectory from where you are now.
