Who this is for
Strategy Call is for engineers who have completed any of my Maven courses (AttentionOS, Career Dynamics, Fast Track, or Career Intensive) and want focused 1:1 work on a specific decision.
Use this when:
You're facing a single concrete decision and need help thinking it through
The frameworks from the course gave you most of what you need, but you want them applied to your specific situation
You don't yet need (or aren't ready for) a full Strategy Sprint
You want depth on one question, not breadth across your whole trajectory
If you have multiple connected decisions or your situation requires deeper architectural work, the Strategy Sprint is the better fit.
How it works
Single 90-120 minute session.
We map your situation across the four angles - strategy, identity, energy, execution - to surface what's actually in play. Then we work the specific decision: what the real options are, what you're not seeing, what the load-bearing assumptions are, and what move makes sense from where you actually stand.
You leave with a clear next move and the framework for thinking about adjacent decisions as they arrive.
Available only to alumni of my Maven courses or Career Intensive. The work assumes you have the foundational frameworks already - I don't reteach them in the session.
