Six structured 90-120 minute sessions over two months, two emergency sessions, plus async access for time-sensitive thinking between sessions.
This engagement is bespoke. There is no curriculum or predefined plan.
An exemplary structure of the calls:
Session 1: Situation mapping & Profiling. We work the full system - strategy, identity, energy, execution - to surface what's actually in play.
Sessions 2-4: Decision architecture. We pressure-test options against your real constraints, identify the load-bearing assumptions, evaluate the blind spots and develop frameworks for evaluating what comes next.
Sessions 5-6: Commitment and execution. We finalize the path and build the execution plan you need to move forward with confidence.
Throughout: async access via email and your preferred messaging channel for thinking that can't wait for the next session.
You leave with a Career Architecture Stack - a living artifact of the strategic work we did together - and a decision you can act on with confidence.
Pricing ranges from €5,200 to €12,500 depending on case complexity and stakes. Engineering roles are at the lower end of the range; founder and CTO cases are at the higher end.
Every Sprint begins with a Complimentary Fit Call. This is not a sales conversation - it's an honest assessment of whether the work I do is the right fit for your situation. You'll leave with at least one reframe of your situation, regardless of whether we work together.
Capacity is 10-12 concurrent clients. I work with engineers I'm convinced I can serve well.
