I’m Tomide Awe, founder of On Your Terms, where I help accomplished women build businesses that can make returning to corporate optional.

Before this, I spent 15 years building a traditional corporate career across consulting, finance and tech, including roles at Accenture, Credit Suisse, Twitter and Meta. I also earned my MBA from Wharton.

After leaving corporate, I found myself asking a different question: not just “What should I do next?” but “What do I actually want my life to look like, and what kind of work can support it?”

Today, I work with women navigating that same transition, helping them turn what they know, want and need from their lives into businesses built on their own terms.
