Swati Seela QA leader teaching practical AI for Testing

I’m Swati Seela, a Principal Senior Software Engineer in QA at FormFactor. I lead test strategy, automation, defect investigation, and release readiness for complex software products. My work spans hands-on testing and the decisions QA teams make about risk, coverage, and quality.

I write and speak about the changing role of testers, especially how to use AI without losing the judgment that makes testing valuable. I’ve presented at CAST and speak at PNSQC, and my work has appeared in software testing newsletters and on the TestGuild podcast.

I teach practical QA workflows that people can try for themselves. My focus is on asking better questions, building useful automation and AI tools, checking their output, and keeping clear evidence of what was tested.
