About Anupam
Anupam Purwar lead Generative AI initiatives for Sprinklr Inc. (NYSE: CXM) as the Director of Machine Learning leading their Agentic AI Charter. Prior to this, Anupam was a Sr. Research Scientist with Amazon for ~6.5 years where he led the development of data science and machine learning-based solutions for Amazon Global Fulfillment out of their Seattle office. Anupam holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He is a certified Machine learning professional with 12+ certifications from Google and AWS as well as 30+ papers with 440+ citations.
