About Silali
I focus on an often-overlooked aspect of human–AI communication: how to guide AI toward reliable outcomes. With experience in teaching, software engineering, and a background in physics, I approach AI interaction as a teaching problem, grounded in a deeper understanding of AI technology.
My work is supported by ongoing research (https://dx.doi.org/10.2139/ssrn.6502620). I created the AIgogy Framework™ to replace trial-and-error prompting with a structured approach to achieving consistent results from AI tools.
I currently serve as an advisor to the Women in Leadership: AI-Driven Engagement Executive Education Program at Rockford University.
My focus is on helping leaders move beyond manual edits and rework to build AI assistants that reflect their standards and professional judgment.
