Ian supported a global newspaper group through digital transformation in the 2000s as news moved online to turnaround declining circulation.
In the 2010s he helped a global music group post their first growth in over a decade through digital transformation of their supply chains and business model, and in the 2020s he served as Chief Architect to a world leading university during the pandemic helping researchers and educators move online.
Having established a highly popular advice centre called the Digital Drop In offering support to a workforce of 11,000 he founded Sentient Consulting with a mission to provide interactive learning experiences for professionals and emerging leaders to accelerate their careers.
