This cohort is best experienced with more participants! The more members to engage with and bounce ideas off of, the better. Denise and Marriot both have a penchant for synthesizing large quantities of participant anecdotes and being able to add value to the ideas shared by participants to help create a more expansive way of thinking through issues/problems. A special shoutout to my cohort participants for being so actively engaged and willing to share a little about themselves with me. Major takeaways include thinking through my purpose (and baking in time in a set frequency/cadence to reconsider if it's continuing to reflect my aspirations and passions), as well as combining that with thinking through common thinking traps I fall into that potentially hinder me from attaining my purpose.

I learned actionable frameworks that I can apply to my career immediately to clarify my purpose and influence others.

Marriot and Denise put together a valuable program that is well thought out and beautifully put together. They are both highly experienced and skilled at engaging the learners. It is empowering to connect with other Asian women who are or have experienced similar challenges as I myself have. The sense of psychological safety was evident from the very beginning of the course. Strongly recommend this course to other Asian women leaders!

This is truly an uplifting, insightful course for Asian women looking to advance and develop themselves, personally and professionally. Denise and Marriot were able to establish a comfortable virtual environment where we all could learn and share openly and authentically with each other. Taking this course over the course of a weekend not only fit my work schedule, but also allowed me to focus and reflect better than trying to squeeze this into an otherwise hectic work week.

It was great listening to other people's stories and their experiences, and that I'm not alone in my challenges. The workshop helped me realize different ways I could be perceived by my colleagues and gave a good explanation of the tools that I could use to overcome my obstacles.
