Cohort 1

Cohort 2

Cohort 2 rate: $200 off with code 200off, through Oct 28. Capped at 12 students.Includes 1.5 hours one-on-one with me, a $500 value. A 30-minute setup call before Session 1, then a one-hour deep dive on your own business after Session 5.AI only gets useful once it knows you. Your decades of experience are what make that work. Good context is mostly judgment, and you have plenty of it.You chat with AI, and it still feels generic. The answers come back bland, the advice is rarely written for experienced people, and you keep re-explaining yourself. AI also changes every month, so you need a setup that doesn't go stale. In live, hands-on sessions, you'll set up your own AI system. -Before: a generic AI writes a stiff client note you fix for 15 minutes and nods along with whatever you decide. -After: it writes that note in your voice in 2 minutes and pushes back like a skeptic, catching what you missed. You'll learn it from someone who lives on it. 20+ years in tech, including Google, and I run my own solo business on these same AI systems every day. Built for experienced people over 50, peer to peer, no hype, no condescension.

Turn a recurring task into a two-minute AI run

Founder, AI Over 50 · ex-Google Director

A Skill is a recipe for work that repeats. Your steps, your standards and a good example, written once. Your AI runs it the same way every time on whatever you hand it next. It's a document you own, so it works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or whatever comes next.It stops the re-explaining. No more retyping instructions or living in one long chat that slowly forgets. You hand off the chores that never go away, and you get expertise you don't have on tap: a second opinion, an editor in your voice, a checker for confidential work. One student, a realtor, built a Skill that values a home from recent nearby sales, after a paid app gave him a number he knew was wrong. You leave with two things: a library and the ability to build more. A set of ready-made Skills to use the same day, plus the Skill Builder, which interviews you and writes the Skill, so you can build any Skill you need after the workshop. In the session you build two: a Decision Brief together, and one of your own for real work. You'll learn it from someone who runs on it. 20+ years in tech, including Google, and I run my own solo business on these same Skills every day. Built for people over 50, no hype.

Go from retyping the same instructions to Skills that do your recurring work, plus the know how to build any Skill your work needs.

Build a Skill for a task that never goes away

Get a second opinion on any decision, built on your criteria

Build any Skill you need, long after the workshop

Take your Skills to any AI you use

Start with a library of ready-made Skills

Someone who already uses AI and wants the next level of productivity: a system that does real work, not one-off answers.

A solo or small business owner, or a consultant, with weekly tasks worth handing off.

Anyone weighing Level 1 who wants to see how I teach, and build something real with the material, before committing.

Your AI interviews you in four questions, then writes a map of the projects your life needs.

Map the parts of your life that need their own AI project

What's true everywhere goes in settings. What's true in one part of your life gets its own project.

Learn what belongs in settings and what belongs in a project

Paste three lines your AI wrote for you, ask one question, and see an answer that already knows the context.

Set up your first project in about three minutes

Each project comes with the recurring tasks you could hand off. That's the first step toward a Skill.

Find the weekly work AI can take off your plate

Where projects live in each one, including Gemini, which calls them Notebooks.

Use projects in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini

AI Over 50: Give Every Part of Your Life Its Own AI Project

A made up fact sounds exactly like a real one. See why that happens and what gives it away.

Catch AI when it's wrong, before you act on it

Ask what it's trying to get you to do, then check it without using anything it handed you.

Gut check any answer with two questions

Ask it for the source, open the link and find the sentence it says is there. A link that opens is only step one.

Verify a source in under a minute

It's on by default on personal plans. See exactly where it lives in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, then flip it.

Turn off the setting that trains AI on your chats

Leave with a short plain English list you keep next to your AI, for work and for home.

Know what never to share with an AI

AI Over 50: Be the AI Skeptic (How to Tell When It's Wrong)

Give it direction and keep the back-and-forth going, instead of taking the first reply to a quick question.

Lead AI through a conversation, not a one line query

Speak for thirty seconds instead of typing, and give it far more context to work with. A true game changer!

Talk to your AI by voice

Keep leading and pushing back, so the second or third answer is the one you actually wanted.

Stop settling for the first answer

AI Over 50: How to Talk to AI

Set up your AI to answer with your background and goals every time, instead of the same reply it gives everyone.

Personalize any AI to stop generic answers

Use a guided set of questions to create your personalized file, so you never face a blank page.

Build your own context file in 10 minutes

Set it up once and use the same file in any tool, so you stop re-explaining yourself in every new chat.

Reuse it across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

Ask the same question before and after your About Me file is in, and watch the answer go from generic to yours.

See the before-and-after on your own question

Update your context file as your work and goals change, so it keeps fitting you.

Keep your setup working over time
