Decision Council skill: Your Board of AI Advisors for Claude Code

The decision council is a skill: a folder of plain-text files that turns Claude into a board of advisors. Hand it a real business decision and four advisors argue it in parallel: the CFO argues the money, the CMO argues the market, the COO argues execution, and the General Counsel argues the conditions. Every advisor works from the identical brief, and none of them can see what the others are saying. If all four land on the same answer, a fifth agent attacks the agreement and looks for the blind spot they shared. You get one recommendation with the reasoning behind it, and you make the call.

The discipline is written into the files: evidence standards for every seat, a premortem on every position, and a self-check each advisor grades itself against before it submits.
