Your business already knows a lot. It's spread across email, documents, meeting notes, your CRM, and a few people's heads. A company brain is the layer your AI reads first: what your business does, who's who, what was decided and why, how work gets done, and where everything lives. When a task needs more detail, your AI uses the connections you already have to pull the latest from your email, documents and tools.
In two weeks, we design and build yours from your real meetings, documents and business tools, in the setup that fits your business. You leave with a working company brain, the routine that keeps it current, and clear rules for who owns and sees what.
What changes for your team:
Your AI tools start every task with your company's context, so you're not explaining it again each time
When they need detail, they know where to look
New people get up to speed from one place
Answers to "what did we agree with this client?" and "why did we decide that?" live in one place, with the source and the date
Businesses with fewer than 50 people
Founders and operations leads who already use AI at work and want it to know their business
Teams whose knowledge is spread across email, documents, meeting notes and a CRM
A map of where your knowledge lives: each system, what it holds, and how your AI reaches it
Your company brain, covering your company, customers, people, projects, decisions and processes, drafted from your real sources and checked with you
Update rules: an owner for each page, what needs approval, and a change log
A weekly refresh routine saved in your AI setup, which reads new meetings and documents and proposes updates
Access levels set up, so sensitive information stays with the right people
A one-page operating guide and the recording of our final session
Session 1, discovery (90 minutes): we map your sources, confirm how your AI connects to them, and choose where your brain will live.
Between sessions: we draft the brain from your sources through your own AI setup.
Session 2, review (90 minutes): we go through the brain together, fix what's wrong, and set the update rules and access levels.
Session 3, first refresh (90 minutes): we run the weekly routine together on real new material, then hand over.
The sprint works best for teams that already use AI at work. You'll need:
An AI setup that can connect to your tools: a business plan such as Claude Team, ChatGPT Business or Microsoft Copilot, or your own agent
Someone who can approve those connections
One person who will own the brain after handover
If you don't have these yet, we'll talk through how to get set up on the fit call.
Your brain lives in a place you own and control: your Microsoft 365 or Google workspace, a shared drive, or the machine your agent runs on. We choose the setup with you in discovery, and we build inside your own accounts.
The sprint gives you the brain and the routine. If you later want an agent that keeps the brain current on its own and answers your team's questions in Slack or Teams, that's a separate follow-on project.
