You're using AI. Your team is using AI. But nobody's built infrastructure with persistent context, repeatable workflows and connected tools. Your capabilities can only compound when you have a system that automates and executes for you.
This course builds that system with Claude Code/Cowork. You'll graduate with a working AI system on your machine, built on your context, powered by reusable skills, and connected to the tools where your work lives.
In 4 weeks, you will :
Move from doing the work to designing the system that does it. The shift from using AI to orchestrating it
Build AI that remembers your context across every session. Your role, your projects, your standards. Brief it once, it compounds from there.
Turn your repeatable processes into skills that execute consistent workflows. Weekly reports, client briefs, research summaries. Described once, invoked on demand.
Connect AI to where your work actually lives. Your documents, your notes, your calendar, your inbox.
Delegate work to AI agents and review the results. Define the outcome, let the system execute, focus on what needs your judgment.
You will learn how to use AI like the top 1% operators.
Master four principles: define the end state, plan the work with AI, deconstruct then delegate and think in systems
Shift from doing work with AI to designing the systems that do it. Identify what needs your judgment vs. what can be delegated.
Apply these principles to every AI interaction, from a single prompt to a multi-agent workflow.
Understand how LLMs process context, and why this changes how you write instructions.
Master the AIM framework for writing instructions that work at every layer of your system, from prompts to skills to agent briefs.
Write persistent instructions that shape AI's behavior across sessions, not just per-message.
Design a layered context architecture in Claude Code: Foundational context, project-level context, and skill-scoped files.
Connect AI to where your work lives (Notion, Google Drive, Slack, calendar) so it reads from and writes to your real tools.
Structure knowledge so AI has the right information for each project without loading everything at once.
Deconstruct your highest-value workflows into discrete steps: inputs, outputs, decision points, quality criteria, and autonomy level.
Apply the Skill Builder Framework to turn those workflows into portable, reusable skills that execute consistently on demand. No code.
Build your own skill from scratch using the framework, test it with real inputs, and refine until it works.
Build a composite system with Claude Code as the orchestrator of your skills, tools, and agents.
Understand how skills orchestrate agents for complex, multi-step work like research, analysis, and content production.
Hand off tasks using Claude Code Work and review the results. From prompt to autonomous execution.

I entered the AIin30 pilot program feeling a bit intimidated by AI and what it could do, but the thoughtful structure and pacing of the course quickly helped me feel comfortable. Sash did an excellent job explaining each step in a clear, approachable way, and I never felt lost or overwhelmed by the terminology, even coming from a non-tech, non-corporate background. Iβm truly grateful for the confidence it gave me to learn, understand, and implement AI in a way that feels healthy, responsible and empowering. During the course I gained the confidence to start using AI to create a business plan for an idea I have been sitting on for years.

The pilot course was perfectly paced for busy professionals who want to dive into GenAI . It provides a strong foundation to start exploring, then expand on your own work and go deeper into orchestration with AI. Well done, Sash!
