Sandy is a product executive, advisor, and coach with over 20 years of experience across startups and big tech, including Amazon. She's led product in AI and digital health and has deep, first-hand insight into how product leaders are actually evaluated and selected.
Today, she works closely with product leaders navigating the transition to senior and executive roles, helping them close the gap between strong performance and being seen as ready for the next level.
She created the Make the Leap to Executive Product Leadership workshop after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: high-performing, thoughtful leaders getting stuck, not because of their abilities, but because they weren’t operating in the ways required to move up.
