Great session! It helped me structure the different layers of my agent workflow. In the three days since the session, I set up my personal Dot, Dotty (Dorothea = gift of god). “She” is my chief of staff and I started out by co-creating a 90-day plan across 5 business and personal priorities. Dotty then broke it into weekly outcomes and to dos we are reviewing every Sunday. Every morning she sends me my daily prioritized to do list (with real time updates from emails and anything I update her with) and then we check in again every evening to review the day. I think Dotty will be a total GameChanger for me. Sumira’s and Kate’s training set me up for success. I appreciate how practical and interactive it was. I had a high-level concept of what I wanted to do with Dots going into the session, but I got a lot of great pointers and new inspirations from it. I highly recommend attending live it at all possible so you can ask questions and get the most out of it for your individual situation. Highly recommended!
