Rolly is Principal AI Product Manager at Microsoft, with 15+ years of multidisciplinary leadership across product, AI, and design. She has interviewed candidates across all levels — from early-career to Principal — at big tech companies, high-growth startups, and everywhere in between. She knows how AI-first roles, interviews, and team structures are evolving, and what helps people stand out.

Rolly holds a Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication Engineering, and is part of the founding batches of multi-disciplinary fellowships including the Product Leadership Cohort at UW Foster School of Business and the Young India Fellowship (Ashoka University in partnership with University of Pennsylvania).

She has been an innovation awards judge at CES 2025 and previously held international accolades including Wall Street Journal Top 12 Innovation Awards and Accenture Innovation Jockeys (national winner). Rolly holds seven active patents in the field of AI and design. She lives in Seattle, WA.
