Principal PM at Yelp

AI Prototyping is the #1 skill PMs need to learn, but most have not incorporated it into their day job.
Most are not starting from zero. They have a product, a user problem, and a team to convince. They may have even done some prototyping. But there's a gap between an idea and something concrete enough to test with a real user or present to leadership. This course is how you close that gap.
Students come in overwhelmed by too many tools, too much trial and error, and not enough time. They leave confident in how to leverage prototyping to speed up the time from idea to implementation.
As a Principal PM at Yelp, I built repeatable AI prototyping processes to explore ideas faster and drive leadership buy-in. This course distills my learnings on how to prototype within the real constraints of established products with no coding required.

In 3 weeks, you can move beyond ad hoc experimentation to having a structured process you can apply across real product problems. Students regularly share their class projects with real users and their teams before the course even ends.
Note: It does not cover building full-stack apps or production design / code.
You will leave with 2 prototypes for your product that you can use to get user feedback and stakeholder buy-in.

There’s so much noise about AI prototyping, but Priya cuts through it all by showing PMs how to prototype effectively inside real, complex products. She changed how I think about prototyping AI features, and I highly recommend learning with her.”

Priya brings the 'magic' of prototyping to life through the lens of her real-world experience building AI products. She showed my team how to prototype in a way that has helped accelerate our solution discovery. I definitely recommend her course to anyone looking to incorporate prototyping into their product development process.

Priya is leading the way on modern prototyping for PMs. She offers a clear, practical view into how prototyping in product teams really works and how the PM role is evolving. If you want to learn how to prototype for an established product, she is the person you want teaching you.

In just a few sessions, I became truly confident building prototypes to iterate on my product and explore ideas one step further. Giving myself the ability to explore this way further unlocked my creativity and helped me spot edge cases and flaws in my original concept that I never would have caught through writing alone.
Being taught by someone who’s genuinely enthusiastic about the subject—and who applies it every day to uplevel their own professional skill set—is the magic here. Take her class—you’ll thank yourself for it.

I had never prototyped an AI product before Priya taught me and my team. Her approach changed how my team explores ideas and made AI prototyping central to how we get feedback and align on future vision.

“Priya Badger has really given us a new way to think about product management with AI…What I love most is how it breaks away from the old, rigid linear product development process.
This inspires me to think differently about where product management should start, not just for AI products, but for any product.”
AI feels like it should be magical, but sometimes it can feel overwhelming and tough to get results that actually have value.
I started my Substack, Almost Magic, to share practical ways that I'm getting value out of AI tools and learnings from leading AI upskilling initiatives at Yelp. My views are all my own.
Check out my posts to get a sense of my teaching style. In this course we will cover some of these topics, but I will dive deeper and be there to guide you along the way.
