When working together one-on-one, I'll help you build the skills to move your career forward — whether your goal is to get promoted, be more strategic, find a new job, or claim a seat at the table.

Most folks I talk to find it helpful to book 3-4 sessions, meeting either biweekly or monthly. This way, we can move thigs forward quickly, without feeling overwhelming. That being said, if you want to start with one session, I'm happy to support you with a one off chat as well.

• No expiration on sessions — hold them for as long as you want

• Cancel anytime (no contracts or sneaky fees)

• I charge $250 per session, with a 20% discount if you book 3 or more sessions as a package

• I also offer a 15% discount when purchasing development sessions for teams of 3 or more

• Payment is final and due prior to session booking
