Applied Work
1-3 hrs / week
Each week gives you a hands-on way to put the tool to work with your real team. It's practical, not busywork, and there's no hard deadline. Time varies by role, and most of it folds into work you're already doing.
Async content
1 hr / week
Optional and lightweight. A short bit of context to prime each Tuesday, plus deeper reading if a topic grabs you. Cohorts often form small groups for accountability and feedback between sessions.
