Why this topic matters
AI now can do the work we used to learn from. As we hand it over, own thinking can quietly fade, for individuals and for organisations. My recommendation isn’t using less AI. It's using it intentionally for skills building. It’s choosing every day, with every task, which skills to build, which to keep and which tasks to release, so that being better workers and thinkers is a biproduct of being more productive.
