What you'll learn

Find where your own stories actually live

The four boxes of a childhood game, turned on the life you've already lived. You'll know where to look.

Recover at least one moment you'd forgotten

Not a hypothetical. Something specific out of your own past, surfacing while you sit there.

See why your best stories aren't on your resume

In a room where everyone holds your credentials, the unpolished ones are what get remembered.

Get a preview of how AI tools can help

AI can do the filing and indexing, and help with shaping. So, a story you mine is findable the day you actually need it.

Why this topic matters

AI can write your post, deck or bio. It cannot write your lived experience. Thirty years of stories, and most of us still answer "So, what do you do?" with a job title. The ones that would land are sitting right there, unexamined. Name, Place, Animal, Thing is a schoolyard game where everyone races to fill four boxes. It's also the title of my book, because the same boxes work on a lifetime of your stories waiting to be mined.
