James Gray runs a solo venture focused on data and AI consulting, fractional leadership, learning experiences, and coaching.

In addition to his work with organizations, James teaches data and artificial intelligence strategy at the Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Over the past 30+ years, he has held CIO, CPO, data scientist, and product management roles at leading organizations like Microsoft. He has extensive experience building data and AI platforms.

James earned a Master of Data Science and MBA at UC Berkeley and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Union College. He is also certified by Brown University as a Leadership and Performance Coach.
