What you'll learn

Identify the real reason a stakeholder is pushing back

Whether it is from fear, an unknown constraint, or a misaligned goal, you'll be able to asses the reason, in real time.

Learn the 3 key questions to ask

Ask three key questions in any alignment conversation that surface unstated concerns before they kill your initiative.

Actively reframe to win

Reframe on the spot when a conversation goes sideways, so you can move a stalled initiative forward without escalating.

Why this topic matters

Often, when your stakeholders say no it's not for the reasons you think. Learn to read the real signal behind any pushback, ask the questions that unlock forward momentum, and walk out of every meeting with clear insights and decisions.
