Finding Purpose: Careers in Sustainability

Katie Elder is a brand, product and marketing leader with 20 years of global experience, including 11 years at Procter & Gamble in Canada and Singapore. She is the founder of Good Principles, a consultancy helping purpose-driven organizations with marketing strategy and anti-greenwashing, and the inaugural Board Chair of Brightspot Climate, a Canadian GHG verification firm owned by its employees through an employee ownership trust. Katie holds an MSt in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, where she researched business model innovation for sustainability, and a BComm from Queen's University.

She is a dedicated mentor and coach to those in early stages of their career and personal development.
