What you'll learn

1. Turn personal AI workflows into team assets.

Learn how GitHub can help designers document, version, and share AI workflows beyond individual Claude chats.

2. Choose GitHub vs Claude sharing effectively

Understand when Claude's sharing features are enough and when GitHub becomes essential for team-wide adoption.

Build a scalable AI workflow operating model

See how Claude and GitHub work together to create repeatable, governed design workflows across teams.

Why this topic matters

AI adoption often fails when successful workflows stay trapped with individuals. Teams need shared systems that make AI workflows discoverable, reusable, and governed. Learn how Claude and GitHub work together to help design organizations scale AI practices with consistency and alignment.

AI Design & Enablement Lead @ Thomson Reuters, M.Sc.

Today, I lead design workflow enablement at Thomson Reuters, where I help teams adopt and scale better ways of working. I’ve also run multiple AI sessions across the design org with 60+ attendees across design, accessibility, content, UX engineering, and design systems, earning a 4.5 rating.

I’ve been teaching AI-Powered Design Workflow course for the past 5 months across 3 cohorts, helping designers move from experimenting with AI tools to building real, usable design workflows they can apply in daily work.

I started as a teaching assistant at university and have continued focusing on enablement, mentoring, and hands-on learning that leads to real application, not just theory.

My focus is simple: help people apply AI in real work, not just learn it.
