Why this topic matters

Weak ties are connections that are more meaningful than “network” but less intense and intimate than “relationships.” Strengthening your weak ties is a critical skill in a world filled with uncertainty.  This session teaches you how to apply years of research about the power of “weak ties” for fresh thinking, specific professional opportunities, and improved mental well-being.
