Hi, I’m Elena Luneva. I operate at the intersection of people, craft, and business. I help product leaders, founders, and GTM operators sharpen the business side of product, so they can drive growth, influence outcomes, and lead with confidence.

Hi, I’m Kyle Poyar, the creator and writer of Growth Unhinged. I’ve spent the past 15 years helping software startups fuel growth, monetize their products, and become category leaders.
I was previously an Operating Partner at OpenView ($2.4B AUM) from 2016-2024 where I led marketing and partnered with portfolio founders on scaling revenue from $1 to $100M+ ARR. Fun fact: we coined product-led growth (PLG) and turned it into a household term in tech. Before that I was a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners, the leading consulting firm specializing in pricing and packaging.
When I’m not writing about growth, you can find me playing tennis 🎾, cooking Mediterranean food 🍳, hiking 🥾, attempting to finish a Barry’s workout 💪 or hanging out in Boston.
