Hi, I’m Anna, an experienced leadership expert and former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where I spent nearly a decade advising and coaching leaders at the highest levels.


For the past 5+ years, I’ve been running my own leadership development business, working with organizations across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, government entities, and family-owned businesses. Through this work, I’ve trained over 10,000 leaders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.


Throughout my career, I’ve seen one constant: most managers are thrown into leadership roles without formal training. Even with my McKinsey experience and an INSEAD MBA, it took me time to truly master managing teams. That’s why I’m passionate about helping managers—whether new or seasoned—build the skills they need to thrive.
