My background sits at the intersection of behavioural science, leadership and applied performance, shaped by experience across elite sport, corporate and education sectors.

I'm also a genuine tech enthusiast. I use AI in my work every day and I'm fascinated by what it can do. But a decade of building human capability has taught me one thing clearly: leveraging AI matters, but mindset comes first. Get the second one right and the first one finally pays off.
As COO of XVenture, I served as research assistant on the global mindset study with Nestlé and Legends Global, the work that produced 10%+ improvements in workplace performance, or roughly four extra productive hours per person, per week. I now lead the delivery and expansion of that program across both organisations. The methodology, developed by Dr Mike Conway, is published, peer-reviewed and built for real-world constraints, not theory.
Why I teach on Maven: I want to share the innovation in all things learning and behaviroural sciences as appplied in our work with elite sports teams, senior executives, high performing individuals and teams from SMEs to Fortune-500 environments and make it accessible to the leaders and teams who'll never have a six-figure L&D budget. The same methodology, the same evidence base, scaled down to what one person can do in a week.
