Christine Perfetti is Founding Principal of Perfetti Media, a research, product strategy, and innovation consultancy. She has spent more than two decades researching what factors contribute to product success. Applying these lessons, Christine built the customer discovery programs at GoFundMe, Carbonite, Acquia, and TuneIn. She has crafted and led innovation workshops for Harvard Business School, HubSpot, Curriculum Associates, and Penn Medicine, among others. Christine was the Head of User Experience at Carbonite and Acquia, two highly successful scaleups in Boston, Massachusetts.

In the 43 years he’s been in the tech field, he’s worked with hundreds of organizations, written two books, published hundreds of articles and podcasts, and tours the world speaking to audiences everywhere. When he can, he does his laundry in Andover, Massachusetts.
