Learn what you need to put into place for a consistent practice of creating, using, and updating process documentation

Why this topic matters

Process documentation helps you create successful companies where people want to work. However, people don't often publicly talk about it, and few companies are good examples to follow. Instead of guessing, using trial and error, and giving up after attempting a partial solution, learn about all four aspects to consider when you want to encourage documentation creation, use, and maintenance.
