MtL offers a unique learning experience for leaders in that your team is one of a cohort of teams and where YOUR CASE&nbsp;IS&nbsp;the Course in a flipped classroom. ﻿You come away with real solutions to real problems and with initiatives you can implement immediately to improve your business. Topic content, practice cases, role plays, and YOUR CASE applications are blended with real-time feedback from fellow students and instructors in ten two-hour weekly live sessions. MtL Tools and Methods make doable actions driven by seven simple truths that are otherwise anything but easy.

Your own organization is the case on which you apply MtL tools and methods.
